Dude, software is nothing without the hardware to backup. It doesn't matter if software was even replicated by competitors in this case. Competitor won't have the hardware to lay them. This is also why Apple, don't allow IOS to work on anything by actual Apple products. No point having the software without the hardware running it. In our case the HX.
