The Florida commentators and FBR speak of an extreme housing shortage recently. Unless there were some legal issues in getting this up and running, when they showed the staff standing outside the HJ machine at the Fort myer base in Florida, they should have been doing the test build the next day and they should be currently working on those 10 walls for the homes to secure a contract. But things seem to be taking a bit longer. Mike speaks about being able to do the brickwork for one home in a day, well lets get on with it. A bit of frustration kicking in here, but not downramping ok.
