If I was a brickmaker, or a builder, and saw the SAT and then demos, I'd be looking to buyout.
FBR market cap is only $AUD 200M. Look at Brickworks, $4.4B ... the American CRH $80B, DR Horton (DHI) $60B, these in US dollars.
FBR is currently small change!
To just buy FBR and not worry about JVs, partnering, exclusivity etc, I'd do that!
And even in a recession, housing still needs to be built
