That video just goes to show how HX won't ever build in Florida. Until you holders understand the amount of reinforcement in their walls and core filling required and hands on intervention, tying steel together throughout the building process. The old HX can't lower blocks over pre cast starter bars in the footings. FAT, SAT, RAT, NAT has all ready been passed for you holders to kick the can down the road a little longer. Just wait and see!!!!
