Expect they would happily do SAT in the rain as this will have 0 impact on Hadrian X. However expect they would avoid extremely windy days, whilst Hadrian X would most likely still perform in these conditions. Sure they will be looking at the forecast to pick a good weather day (in particular limited winds), even if this moved the date by a couple of days.

SAT is not about adding any extra risks or trying to impress. Why would you take the risk with really gusty conditions ? It is about passing the technical criteria on compliance to building codes and the criteria on speed and number of operators. This is the ticket to entry for the demonstration builds.

The 10 housing builds are the opportunity to complete the builds on time regardless of the weather conditions on the day. This is the time to impress.
