Agreed! it's an optimistic (unrealistic time line) given they state, builder must enter into agreement before post 8weeks of SAT, and have slabs down within 8weeks of agreement. We all know timelines stretch with FBR.
Adding in 14-28 day curing time. Worst case could be 20 weeks, and they would still be inside their reported time frame unfortunately.
Not much gets done through Christmas, so we could be looking at Feb 2025 first builds?
