Don't think anyone is suggesting 1 machine will change the world. They're looking at getting up to 20 locally made in Aus with transfer to an American manufacturing partner. 20 machines starts giving scale ... even if they were 50% utilised that is 10 builds per day. Imagine the number of brickies you need to achieve that.
When the building market sees the potential, then the critical mass can come when the builders are seeing the $$$$
