Why would Real Estate agents be included in your statement?
Real Estate Agents want more houses being built so they can "on sell" again and again.
I get that house prices go up through lack of numbers but the percentage commission to an Agent is much more on a single starter home than any capital gain on an existing property going up in value and the extra small percentage extra a Realitor would make off that house which may have grown in value is very small.
