Also, I should probably add that at the point when/if FBR have the above 30 units working, the value calculated, with 30 units working, would need to be discounted to Net Present Value.
For example, if it takes FBR 4 years to get to 30 units the 538m AUD would need to be discounted by an appropriate interest rate for for years before a Present Value Market Cap can reasonably be calculated/approximated/speculated, etc etc.

So I just wanted to through this in just in case it gave the wrong impression above. And afterall, again, these are just wild theories/assumptions.
Hopefully it is at least directionally accurate even though the calculate value can vary based on assumptions.
