the smart money already knows fbr hx builds according to global building codes, the patents proof it(no discussion possible), waas is much more profitable compared to license deals, and fbr is now commercially working and being endorsed by real building companies.
the cr was to get hx commercialized this is and was the main reason for the cr, after hx is building on site, hx can be scaled via the global banks to global amounts to satisfy global customers.
