    With the increased focus on affordable housing to keep up with demand, the HX is a perfect solution.
    Not only do you get a quicker build, but you get a build using more sustainable material.
    I would be very surprised if Lennar and DRH don't want to get involved with FBR. They would know these facts intimately.
    But, there are still many many builders and only one solution for automated block laying. You do the math on what this ultimately means.
    The problem is FBR is reverting back to their old levels of liquidity with interest fading. In my opinion, that shouldn't last very long with FBR tapping an almost limitless TAM.
    I'm a bit surprised Demos haven't started yet. It makes me wonder why FBR are so slow to get started. They would have had months to get ready for the arrival of the HX. Mike needs to have a closer look at their rollout schedule with a particular focus on addressing whatever bottlenecks are causing these ongoing delays.
    Hopefully the HX is laying it's first demo build as we speak.
