It is obvious that they had some issues with HX over the last 12 months, because time frames blew out etc. Anyone that didn't think that they would have some issues is naive.
Anyway, I think they told us what one of the problems was and it was recalibrating the system due to temperature and it was taking 12 hours. Basically that means that by the time it has recalibrated, the sun has already gone down and would need recalibration again. The goods news is that the issue has been solved. I am sure there are many other issues big and small that have been solved and probably some still outstanding.
It makes me laugh though, all the routergate and building standards "issues" that have been repeated over and over and I don't recall a single comment in the last 12 months that actually comes close to this calibration issue.
It was always going to be the issues that aren't easily predicted that caused the issues.
