    Agree 100%, ok here is my prediction on assuming no major momentum.

    Announce builders 4-5c
    House 1 VIP build completed + CRH media pack 6c
    Public demo live stream 6-10c
    Completes 5 FBR build 10c
    Completes 5 CRH builds 12c (this takes more time)
    Momentum building, YouTubers kicking in 15-20c
    Official JV 20 units 20c-30c ($1+b MC well justified)

    2nd JV, Liebherr contract would each trigger +20-30% on SP depends how much it is at the time.
