I'll add one more thing, interviews talked about 150mil seed fundings being the norm for venture capitalist. 40mil rotating loan to FBR is chump change. It also shows the confidence and partnership FBR has in negotiating what they want. Its no longer time for CR/seeds funds anymore. Its down to business with loans they can now repay as a viable business they can get to.
