sorry to say you will be disappointed. Hadrian X builds are not running to FBR timetable being able to do 1 house per day. CRH & builders have no real incentive to push the timings. +/- 2 months makes no difference to them, it’s only in 3+ years time when enough Hadrian X’s exist to build lots of houses. the builders will be dictating which site and house will be built (within the constraints of single storey, only out walls block structure). In most cases the builders will have held off determining which build until the SAT sign off, In particular the engineers certification. The builders are not in a rush, they are more interested in seeing the tech on an actual build site.I’d say the end of September is a more reasonable target date. I don’t see it happening much before this timing, even though Hadrian X could knock off the 5 builds in not much more than 1 week.
