I don’t see it happening much before this timing, even though Hadrian X could knock off the 5 builds in not much more than 1 week.

who says they are not running to timetable. VIP SAT happened on time and we have seen a photo from 2 days ago that shows a house was started, assuming it is finished and waiting on engineering. No idea of others have started? Timetable was for house 1 August and demo program August/september.

part of that is out of FBR hands as CRH have 8 weeks from SAT to state who/what and where for the builds for their 5 and then another 8 weeks to get slabs down.
