So the houses get built and then CRH have 45 days to decide whether or not to proceed with a joint venture. FBR get 600 grand US for the SAT, and 400 grand US for the demonstration programme. CRH can then decide to walk away, or form a partnership. For a company with no income that 1 million is a nice incentive. I wonder how much will have been spent on the US sojourn so far.
It's not really the binding agreement posters on here make out. I wonder what will happen if CRH decide to walk away.
