To buy out FBR would be suicide imo , this generation of HX is just the first of many that will over time become so much better and so much faster and by having a JV with FBR secures that this will happen, buy out would only ensure CRH is stuck with this model for years as who would be capable of doing what the Pivac’s can do ? CRH sales will increase 10 fold why would they want all the extra headaches they they are not experts in ?? IF successful CRH would also have a opportunity to expand in many new countries around the globe . This comment by CRH tells me that it’s not a “IF” it’s actually “that will” mention right here on Linkdin by the CEO .

Just remember CRH ventures is seperate to CRH and will have to convince the parent entity it is worthwhile. CRH ventures are all in, if they do the demos and no issues it gets signed, $40 mill facility comes from CRH not CRH ventures. Option fees from CRH ventures.
