Builders sometimes wait for weeks for prefabricated roof trusses after the brickwork has been completed as it’s site measured because the structure is usually out with HX after the brickwork has been done and completed the roof trusses can be delivered the next day as the structure is built to plan and precise so the roof trusses can be orders well in advance even before HX starts the job . I think FBR could align themselves with a large manufacturer and receive a kick back for using that manufacturer on quantity here in Perth we call it a rebate the builder get a discount for large quantities and a rebate per item or per m2 .
