I truly feel sorry for thousand of inexperienced people building with so many shonky builders theses days that get so much stress and well below quality work from these builders , how does a home like this get signed off ? Yep corruption. You should see how many homes in Perth have timber on stick homes damaged over winter which have been sitting there for months without roof cover . Australian building construction well and truly screwed.
