But to suggest that people who didn't think that there would be delays are naive, ignores the fact that FBR themselves didn't factor in the prospect of delays into their investor presentations.

4 years in, we now hear that the DST used to take 12 hours to calibrate and this was only recently reduced to 5 minutes.
Huh? Why wasn't share holders told about these problems before?
It doesn't seem to me plausible that FBR didn't know that the DST would take 12 hours to calibrate onsite?
What other things that may delay commercialization and real revenues are yet still to be revealed?
Everytime I come close to thinking I might jump into FBR again, something comes up to remind me that what I am reading might turn out not to be the full picture.
