    A seller on the sell side would need to lower their price to meet the market in order to execute the transaction. They would need to lower their price to meet the seller price to transact, I.e. it would cause the share price to drop, which is exactly what happened. to say a motivated buyer caused the share price to fall is quite laughable.

    to be honest it’s not frankly worth my time to sit here and try argue/teach finance fundamentals. I would just caution people to not believe everything they read. Peace out. All my opinion only, etc
