Jez, I think questioning whats going on or more appropriately not , is very appropriate.We are all speculating around snippets of info and trying to connect the dots.I recall at first outdoor build on FBR premises , FBR built a viewing platform and we speculated on who would be watching ,including KSA ,seems so long ago now.We saw defects and Mike said they would spend the next few months fine tuning in prep, for commercial first commercial builds , rest is history.
IMO , after watching recent videos and your comment re nothing happening on 5 blocks, the next marketing step is to build in front of clients.
It is possible the focus will be on testing hadrian109+ and then building in front of clients (viewing platform hosted with beer and prawns) , overseas will have to wait for covid conditions to ease , but maybe they will build at least one in front of Australian clients.
All just speculating , but hey.
