Would expect this is actually a very simple job and a very part time job for someone. One of there design principles was to allow plans from common architectual design software to be easily uploaded into the FBR tool to determine the brick laying qty & sequence. Once build sequence is complete, it is just downloaded to the Hadrian X. This only needs to be done once if the same build design is completed on other sites. So for volume builders, their say 30 standard designs only need to go through the uploading/analysis process once. This will be a pretty quick process. I expect the really heavy resource requirement early on will be training operators and monitoring Hadrian X's mechanical status to ensure early rectification of any issues.
