I 'suggest" that any currently potential JV's will not be decided on until directly after the US election, given one of Kamala's main policies is to subsidize builders through tax incentives to the tune of $Billions in order to construct cheap housing to fill their 4.5 million housing deficit. If she wins (and I believe she will), then any potential FBR JV partner in the building sector will see FBR as an alignment of profitable stars - "Cheap houses you say. Built fast you say. Give us $Billions in subsidies to make it happen you say"- Boys, we better sign those Ozzie's up.
And no, I'm not interested in hearing about anyone's political leanings. I am merely being pragmatic.
