wouldnt be any value in FBR if everyone thought it was going to solve construction. Most people think it won’t work or don’t know about it and that is where the value is.
I think if the sign this JV then FBR gets re rated. Some are watching, most don’t care. I think WAAS and Hadrian has a significant future in construction, so I invested.
