Apro, my last night post (above), I note that Kamala Harris did a splendid job this morning of eviscerating her opponent in the presidential debate, quickly followed by a Harris endorsement from Taylor Swift. So, no doubt FBR's potential JV partners are ruminating over the changing fortunes of the presidential outcome and factoring in Kamala's sweet financial incentives for the building sector.
