And on that note I would like to know how many people on here know exactly what is required by a builder or the process needed to start building a structure (bricklaying only) from start to finish can anyone list the process?
With FBR wall on call is exactly that ! Builder emails plain asks for price gives starting dates , builder agrees generates purchase order number and off we go ! it’s as simple as that ! NO HEADACHES.
