So, you don't think the offer of $billions in incentives to builders has any bearing on the decision making of potential American JV partners? I respectfully disagree, Spook. Yes, the market is big enough but capture America and you capture the world. Money makes the world go around and Harris is offering the US building industry $billions to make it spin faster for FBR. I see it as a direct synergy; an alignment of stars for FBR - If she wins.
