Remember fellas there is more shares on issue now .........I know this co inside out and I know the Pivacs...I have been calling this co for a while now...and guess what....'Material uncertainty related to going concernWe draw attention to Note 3 in the financial statements, which indicates that the Group incurred a net loss of $4,075,241during the half year ended 31 December 2020, and as of that date, the Group’s cash outflows from operating and investingactivities were $6,185,632. As stated in Note 3, these events or conditions, along with other matters as set forth in Note 3,indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast doubt on the Group’s ability to continue as a going concern. Ouropinion is not modified in respect of this matter."
Oh Dear that don't sound good and yet "On 24 December 2020, the Company issued 100,000,000 Loan Funded incentive shares to theExecutive Directors following approval by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 26November 2020."
