there's absolutely no requirement for them to do 10 houses in order to get the 30mill loan from crh ventures.
from what ive been told it all depends on fbr. they can just build 4-5 if they want.
not sure whether the obligatory buy of 300 hardrian's is true either on behalf of crh ventures?
think that maybe more misinfo.
fbr will stay in america in order to attract home builders depending on whoever they may be.
basically fbr is freestyling usa on its own account. all this talk of crh and fbr becoming interwoven is just more misinfo on behalf of certain posters no longer here posting.
don't get caught up in it is my advice.
it will take a few more years yet before hadrian is accepted into the industry and become a big money earner is the impression i get.
still a good investment but don't believe all the "its gunna hit 50-cents before xmas everybody!!!" rampers -yeah?!
i think it will go back to the low 3's which should be a really great buy-in.
