It seems the business case for hadrian may be the biggest challenge re getting deals done .What the FBR CRH Venture charges builders and cost to manufacture.
Hadrian works and will, had proven itself.
The CRH venture deal was the best FBR could do under current circumstances re getting financing for hadrians .$2M USA cost is FBR estimate I assume , not Liebherr.I think Mike alluded to in an interview why one of the reasons they may need to manufacture initially in Australia , to demonstrate cost
Current business case being sold by Mike is cost saving to builders through speed and efficiency .
Youngdawg made a good point that does not really help in Aus re builders can't take advantage.
I would think , to get deals done , to kick things off in USA , the builders would want a discount to cost of brick/block and mortar and labour.Similarly , I think a cost discount would be needed , if building in Aus.
Aalso, re manufacture of hadrians , IMO, I think there is some differences between FBR estimate to build hadrians and Liebherr.
I think there is lot of stuff going on in Florida , not just the demos.
