I’ve been thinking.
US has just experienced its worst hurricane in recent history.
Hundreds dead…hundreds still missing. Destruction everywhere.
How bad would it look for FBR…an Australian company to be seen at this time to be swooping in an attempt to profit from all this carnage and destruction while American is still in absolute shock and in mourning.
Timing is everything.
Perhaps FBR and CRH would be better placed to identify a couple of small important community buildings which have been destroyed and offer to put up the walls in a day for free… to help the community get back on its feet.
It would put FBR and CRH on everyone’s radar in a good way and it would be a way FBR and CRH can give back and help this community get back on its feet in a real and tangible way.
I’m sure someone in FBR leadership team would be thinking exactly the same?
