    WAAS is by far the best business model for them. The only issue is that they need more capital to start up and may get sub standard terms in the short term.
    Getting block manufacturers on board to supply capital as they are doing is very smart. Perhaps after the first couple of JVs they'll have enough capital to go out alone.
