This company will *not* be paying dividends in anything like the foreseeable future. Their potential market is virtually limitless so the only rational strategy is to keep on investing in capital and r&d with every spare dollar they acquire.
Would any of their investors be happy if they built 300 Hadrians and then said "no more"? Even if the global wall construction market was saturated with them (which would mean many tens of thousands) we would want them to think of other applications for the DST.
Cash flow in the next two years is important to stop dilution but dividends are irrelevant.
