Must admit , getting a bit nervous re capital raise.
The R&D tax rebate seems well overdue .The rebate I believe is about 6 to 7 million and would buy time for FBR to get things progressing re pilots and builds etc.That time IMO would get share price up and if no deals struck would reduce dilution effect of capital raise.
