I think one of the things people forget here is that Brickworks are going to get a good proportion of the performance shares.
The performance shares didn't just go to Mark Pivac but to all the Angel investors, one of which was Brickworks.
Brickworks has been in this since day dot in 2005. They will pick up one of the bigger slices of the performance share parcels for both the 10 houses and the $10m sales.... It is in everyone's interest that Brickworks do pick these shares up, it builds the long term stability of FBR.
And as for the other Angel investors good on them to pick these shares up.... they were throwing there money in to the kitty well before it went to ASX listing and they well deserve the pickup, considering that is all they were entitled to when the listing occurred, they gave up all there interest for these performance shares.
