Troopy pointed out a few things that I wasn’t overly concerned about, codes, compliance etc, I thought they might be an issue.
I personally just don’t think it’s practical at all, especially in Australia, it actually creates more work for us, job doesn’t stop after laying blocks, trades will want a premium to deal with blocks instead of timber or metal frames, we will essentially have to pay commercial rates for plumbers, electricians, plasterers, lock up carpenter etc, on top of that most slabs will end up being class P, how is that competitive?
