I pay commercial rates as all small builders probably do, I can’t give out enough work to negotiate rates really, 6 weeks? On a standard 6-8 thousand brick job (25 squares or so) 5 blokes will knock it over in about a week and a half with sills, HX is probably going to be closer to 4 days, not 2.
Costs me about 7k plus extras for that amount, how much for the HX to do the same?
Most volume builders will be paying 20% less than commercial, you should know that xo.
