People are still bearish that this contract has too many milestones that are not met yet. CRH wants this to succeed. It differentiates them from their competitors' products and it opens up a whole new revenue stream for them. The FAT and SAT milestones are based upon a speed that Hadrian 3 has already achieved.FBR knows that they can meet these speeds.
