in this country, encouraging or inciting others to commit illegal activities, including stalking or loitering could be considered a criminal offense.

in western Australia, legislatiom on stalking is addressed in the Criminal code Act compilation Act of 1913.
Stalking is covered by Section 338E:Stalking.
Aggravated stalking is covered by Section 338F: aggravated stalking.
Surveillance and loitering isncovered by Section 338G.

Now I'm no lawyer, but I can read what is publicly available. And I dont pretend to know how a judge would view your "humour " and "jokes" but I do knownthat there are enough crazy people out there that could take you seriosuly and act on your "humour".

so perhaps you should shut down your computer and think about the way you are acting on a public forum that logs your IP address.
