Thanks for that video. Very slick. Watched the whole thing on double speed. Pretty impressive that they went from $315 per square foot in 2018 and whittled it down to $34 this year, and claim $25 with the new Phoenix contraption. Can they really get it down to less than one operator per build? We'll see. Some of those interiors they show us have a lot of floor to ceiling windows visible rather than layers of toothpaste. I hope FBR can get the same sort of financial backing, otherwise all those other potential applications for DST we've been talking about for the past 7 years might be achieved by ICON using their version of DST. I can vaguely recall an FBR interview where the Pivacs were wondering whether to license out DST to toothpaste builders or get into toothpaste building themselves. I wonder if blocks and toothpaste could be combined in a single build, like using toothpaste for a fancy façade. Some useful numbers for us from the video are that for normal houses it costs $US650,000 to build an average house in America, $400,000 of that is construction, and $115,000 is the wall system. The ICON method of building is only going to get better, but the same is true for HX and, once we start building with blocks too big for humans to handle, those walls are gonna get cheaper.
