Surely the fact that CAT and FBR In July (SP $0.18) negotiated the new CAT options price at $0.24 means that both parties are expecting SP north of there, upon successful Build 1 (despite dilution from Nov Perf Shares)?
1.23b shares on issue (assume build 1 success) x $0.24 = $296m mkt cap.
So CAT obviously see potential for FBR mkt cap to be ++$300m upon successful Build 1?
