personally I don’t see it that way all all
australia brick & mortar isn’t the same dynamics as the US like previously mentioned they develop entire sub divisions ground up instead of selling land parcels
developers can go bang with Hadrian & sell 1500 homes at lockup
simply the market suits & IMO Australia is always behind we make the next level Tech but old ways don’t adopt
the only reason I bought into FBR was for the US Venture it was a huge green tick to me ✅
US is no doubt a hard competitive market but also a money powerhouse if they can make it happen it simply makes Australia irrelevant & Brickworks will always be a great partner if Australia Construction adopts tech
