No their is no official announcement on the average revenue per house but when I spoke to FBR this was the ballpark number used.
In the investor presentation issued on the 26th October 2022 it lists a pretax profit of $3.4m annually per machine - please note this is based on their metrics
of average build time, a particular brick size and a utilisation rate.
FBR quotes 237 houses built will bring in a revenue of $3.4m pretax profit equating to $14,345 per house.
Obviously this doesn't include any other revenue streams like a potential annual software fee per machine.
