Have a look at that picture that you've just posted and compare it with an FBR wall, do some homework. Them tiny cores can't be core filled with reinforcement and grouting. It would be impossible for the boom to lower blocks over starter bars formed in the slab.
If they've passed all building codes, and got a working machine, why arnt they utilising the HX and proceeding in WaaS for a bit of revenue for shareholders and display the machine??
