You have selectively addressed a specific building method for a specific area of construction, namely cyclonic areas where they core fill and use predominately Bessor blocks.

There is a reason why most Australian houses are not built in cyclone areas and we all live in the southern parts of the country.

Just like the image below ; The majority of builds that FBR are targeting are for brick veneer, masonry rendered, masonry cladded structures.

You also need to ask whether the market in the Middle East and parts of Mexico and Europe are "Cyclonic Areas"; Which they are not
