If the had to, they could:
- predrill holes on the slab to line up with the brick holes
- put liquid cement adhesive capsules in the drilled holes
- Build the wall
- guide 4 meter threaded rod through the brick holes and into predrilled holes
- hammer the rod into the capsule to release and set off the liquid cement bonding adhesive
- cut the threaded rod
- pre-drill the wood trusses that start the roofing foundation
- guide the wood truss over the tthreadedrod
- cut the threaded rod to length
- secure down with metal plate, washers and bolts
