You can even go further and just pare it down to design. Buyers are resistant to “out there” ideas which go against norms. Look at the designs of the 90s, they are outdated and divergent (for example the sweeping round walls and ice blue paint), people want houses which will look normal in a hundred years (like the houses in Europe from 700 years ago we still live in, well my family in Europe at least). FBR is giving a faster way to a well established aesthetic. And yes it’s revolutionary in its neglect of mortar, but seriously we can do better than the Romans surely by now. I think we can all agree it’s exciting times!
