All it takes is one builder to utilise HX full time , it won’t take long before the others start knocking on their door , and 3 DP is no competition atm imo . Over the years I’ve seen many new innovative ideas and products in the construction industry start off slowly only to be sought after in great demand thereafter, you only have to look at buildings in the 50’s,60’s,70’s and 80’s to see how much has changed and how diversified it is now . Let’s take cabinet makers for example for those who know what’s involved and how far technology has moved this industry will understand, the savy companies that saw the writing on the wall and capitalise on computer programming, with computer aided drawing, one push of a button and all cupboards , doors , shape routing etc etc are cut to size with perfection! Those who didn’t adapt are no longer in business and the first adaptors are by far well ahead of all of their peers. Mike did say training personnel to operate HX would be 5-7 weeks if they’re good at playing fortnight Lol . The replacement HX should be done Imo and on its way or about to be transported , who knows this could be one of the announcements in line with JV and update of PulteGroup and Neal Community builds , let’s hope they drop a couple of announcements after JV .
